I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of group practice owners around the country. And what I know is, as Virginia Satir said, we cannot see our own backside. We all need someone to help us find answers and basically get out of our own way.
How does one on one coaching for group practice owners work?
When we coach together, you set the agenda, the pace, and the frequency. I share my experience and what I have seen work and not work. (Plus, you can’t take the therapist out of me so I am always looking for limiting beliefs that might be holding you back.)
We work when you want and as fast as you want.
Simple. No long-term contracts or ‘sessions’ you have to use up or lose.
