Offering VIP sessions and concierge services for your clients gives them access to more time with you and more convenience. Extending your office hours for longer VIP sessions (also known as intensives), allowing clients priority access via phone, text, or email support, and offering in-home visits are examples of how you can use the free time you’re not seeing clients. You’ll have more time and depth with your clients, and increase your income per hour.

Clients love these services because they are convenient and they offer a degree of focus and depth that sometimes can’t be reached in a regular session. Having access to you during these times also can make them feel special, as they see the extra focus as a luxury. They can make better use of their time and get help on their schedule with what doesn’t feel like a cookie cutter solution.

Add Clinicians to Your Practice

If you have hours that your office is open when you aren’t seeing clients and your phone is still ringing, you might want to consider adding clinicians to your practice. This isn’t a get rich quick scheme, as it takes a lot of hard work and effort, but over time, you can generate passive revenue.

Because it combines passions and translates them into additional income, coaching is also a great way to keep yourself motivated and prevent the burnout that can follow too many butt-in-chair (B.I.C. hours).  You’ll have more time and energy to spread your vision, and the creative approach is a great way to draw clients to your practice.
