So now that you’ve made your list of what’s working, it’s time to address the second question, which is, “What about it is working?”
In this question, you’re getting at the underlying feelings or experiences that make you feel happy and satisfied. Most of the time, the answers to this question will center around feelings that you have because of the things which are working.
So, for instance, in my list from last week, I mentioned that I have more free time.
What about that is working?
I feel more spacious in my days.
I feel more at ease with my working schedule.
I feel excited about trying new hobbies.
You see? All of these hint at feelings I’m having that I want to have more of.
Now it’s your turn. When you look at what’s working, what about it is working?
